On October 25th, Excellus and MCC Human Resources staff members will be available from 9 a.m. to noon in the Warshof Conference Center, Flynn Campus Center (Empire Room) on the Brighton Campus to present medical plan benefits and answer questions.  You may obtain forms and plan information sheets at the Fair or access them online under Home tab on the Personal Announcements channel. Open Enrollment will run from October 25th through November 30th. 

We will be on the Damon City Campus on November 2nd from 9 a.m. to noon in Room 5063.

Note: If you do not wish to make any changes to your medical or dental coverage, you do not need to do anything; your plan(s) will remain the same for 2017.  Please take the time to review the new medical insurance rates to verify your payroll deduction amount beginning January 2017.

Open Enrollment is the time to enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Don’t wait until the busy end of your semester and the rush of the holidays to enroll!  A Flexible Spending Account form must be completed each year to participate – deadline for the form is November 30th. Enrolling allows you to create an FSA for medical and/or child care expenses on a pre-tax basis as permitted by law.  Current law permits a maximum of $2,550 for qualifying unreimbursed medical and dental expenses and a maximum of $5,000 for dependent child care expenses. 

For DCC employees: This is the time to establish a Parking FSA for 2017.
