Too much information?
Inside Higher Ed yesterday featured an article on MCC’s efforts to streamline communication to students and the positive impact our work has had on enrollment. About midway through the article, the reporter states that our fall registrations are up 30 percent. Actually, it was 13 percent. (30. 13. They sound alike over the phone.)
