James McGuidwin, director of academic services at Monroe Community College from 1969-1997, will be inducted into the SUNY Cortland C-Club Hall of Fame on Oct. 25. McGuidwin was a remarkable men’s soccer player for Cortland’s first-ever NCAA tournament qualifying team. The C-Club Hall of Fame recognizes Cortland alumni who have competed as athletes at the College and have distinguished themselves in their profession and within their communities. Along with the banquet and ceremony the inductees will also be introduced at half time of the Cortland- William Paterson football game earlier that afternoon.
