CONVERSATIONS AT THE TCC

Fall 2008 Conversations Series at the Brighton Campus

A series of conversations to address teaching and learning in our classrooms.

Artfully Retaining Students

Retention is an issue not for administrators alone. Teachers play a vital role in retaining students. Inside their classrooms and offices, they help to establish a climate that often profoundly influences students’ decisions to persist or not to persist in their studies. Join a conversation about the ways in which teachers can encourage student persistence.

October 1st  from 12-12:50 OR October 2nd  from 3:30-4:20

Tips for Managing Email and the Rest

All conversations will be in the TCC, Room 2-315 (in the Library).
