With the rapid pace and increased demands on today’s managers, MCC, together with the Rochester Business Alliance, has created a program to help managers become more effective and get real-world solutions to common business problems. Participants also can earn a certificate upon successful completion of the program in addition to continuing education units.
The Leadership Certificate Program will most benefit experienced managers who want a foundation in business, non-business graduates with management responsibilities, and technical professionals who are moving into management positions. The program is open to anyone in the Rochester area; MCC employees are invited to sign up as well.
Classes every Wednesday for 12 weeks, beginning March 15 and running through June 7 from 8 to 11 a.m. Each class features experienced facilitators who are experts in the topic of the week. Class meetings are informal and interactive.
