College 101 for Parents: An Overview of the College Planning Process. It’s free, and it’s coming up Wednesday evening, November 18th. Workshops will given by representatives from area high schools and colleges—including SUNY Geneseo, SUNY Brockport, MCC and St. John Fisher. Topics include choosing a college, choosing a major, the role of SAT’s and ACT’s in the admission process, and the always-important financial aid.
Now in its fifth year, MCC is proud to host this community-wide event. Help us make it a success once again. Join us Nov. 18th , and feel free to invite friends, neighbors, and co-workers who have future college students, too.
