The team of MCC Radiologic Technology students David Pogal, Jared Terrore, and Brian Travis (all of Rochester) won first place in a quiz bowl competition sponsored by the New York State Society of Radiologic Sciences, Inc. (NYSSRS). Teams from nine radiography programs across New York competed in Binghamton on October 28, 2006. Also honored were MCC graduates Alan Shanks and Stefanie Aiello (both also of Rochester) as second and third place winners respectively for their entries in a writing competition sponsored by the NYSSRS.
