It is not too late for the United Way!!!

As of Friday morning, April 17th, the Monroe Community College family has pledged just over $95,000 toward our 2009 United Way Campaign goal of $105,000.

This was our original end date for the campaign, however, with only $10,000 to go we have decided to extend the official end date to Wednesday, April 29th.  Each day we are still receiving pledges, so it is still not too late.

If you have not responded yet, we urge you to consider making a pledge.  Even $.50 a week can make a difference in the lives of our community members. Last year, the United Way agencies assisted over 563 individuals who identified themselves as employees of MCC when receiving benefits.  Living United and giving to the United Way is helping our fellow colleagues.

If you've misplaced your form, please contact Annette Agness for a replacement or to get your online password via e-mail.

Again, if you haven’t considered pledging, we hope that you will give it some thought.  Thank you.
