Sexual Assault Awareness Month - Virtual Event

April 1st marks the beginning of Sexual Assault Awareness month. We are learning and working remotely, but that doesn't have to stop us from raising awareness and standing with survivors. This month, please consider participating in our virtual Yards for Yeardley event. Yards for Yeardley is a walk created by the One Love Foundation in hopes of bringing awareness to unhealthy and abusive relationships.

You can participate by walking, running, rolling, or using an exercise machine. After you complete your activity, you can track it in the tracking log attached to this announcement (or something like it). At the end of the month, you will send your tracking sheet to Shelby Trudeau at strudeau3@monroecc.edu. We will convert everyone's distances into yards and report out the total number of yards the MCC community covered!
