The Office of Risk Management / Administrative Services is pleased to announce and distribute revised Overnight Trip Guidelines and the Assumption of Risk and Release Form. The revisions were made to capture the latest thinking in the field of higher education on the subject of college sponsored overnight trips and the possible risks associated.
Everyone should become thoroughly familiar with these revised guidelines and ensure any activity planned by you or in which you will be a participant conforms. Please open the attachments to read the documents. You will also find the documents posted on the M Drive at M:\Offices\Shared\Overnight Trips\Guidelines. At a date in the near future, you will also find the documents on the MCC Home Page as well under Employees\Administration\Administrative Guidelines\Overnight Trips.
