Wellness Wednesday: MCC Can't Stop the Feeling!

As the Spring semester comes to a close, it's time to celebrate, and have some MCC fun! We are very sad that we will not be able to gather for our traditional Field Day Celebration in June, but do we have a project of epic magnitude to put in its place!

Let's show each other that MCC just "Can't Stop the Feeling" of gratitude- even if we are remote! Grab your "work mates", human and fur, and record your "Can't Stop the Feeling" video. The Wellness Council will compile our productions into one epic video presentation to ring in the fall semester.

Follow the steps below and send us your submissions by May 29, 2020 to be included.

⦁ Dance along- lip sync is encouraged but not required
⦁ Record the entire song using your phone
⦁ save to the M: Offices: Shared: Can't Stop the Feeling

This weeks healthy recipe was submitted Jean Taillie and a delicious Cauliflower Broccoli Soup. Important tip from Jean, to cut down on the saute time, microwave the cauliflower, broccoli and carrots for 3 minutes.
