The Damon City Campus Pride Alliance is presenting a series of film throughout the month of April. Next, on Tuesday April 24 is Equality U. The film will be show from 3 to 5 pm at the Damon City Campus, room 4151.
A feature-length documentary following a group of 33 young activists on the Soulforce Equality Ride, a first of its kind, two-month, cross-country tour to confront antigay discrimination policies at 19 conservative religious and military colleges. It is a human story of a group of young people struggling to stand up for what they believe is right.
Pizza will be served, casual discussion to follow the film screening.
