It's E-Recycling Friday!

Here’s your chance to make a difference in so many ways!  TODAY from 9am – 7pm in Parking Lot M-1 the Geosciences Association of MCC (student club) will be collecting old or used electronics to be recycled by the local company, Maven Technologies.

All you have to do is DRIVE UP and DROP OFF your recyclable electronics!

This is a fundraiser for the Geosciences Association as well as Foodlink (a charity that provides food for local soup kitchens, shelters, and group homes), so donations will be accepted happily!

The following items are some of the electronics that will be accepted during the event:  Cell phones, TVs and computer monitors ($5 suggested donation for each), printers/printer cartridges, stereos, telephones, batteries, cameras and palm pilots.  A complete list can be found at <<https://www.maventech.com>>

Kitchen appliances (microwave ovens, toasters, etc) will not be accepted for recycling during this event.

Thanks in advance for preventing water, air and soil pollution AS WELL AS the depletion of natural resources AND for providing funds for Foodlink AND for helping out the Geosciences Association by participating in this event!
