Food For Thought is MCC’s instructional culinary laboratory operating Monday - Thursday from 11:30 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. All food is prepared, cooked, and served daily by students in the Hospitality Management program. We specialize in house-made, local food. We bake our own breads, grind our own meat, make our own soups from scratch, and use fresh chicken breast for our chicken tenders and chicken entrees. We even have old-fashioned milkshakes. Check out our first menu of the semester below!! We are located in the R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center, Bldg. 3, Room 146.
