Monroe Community College will host the 20th annual Pete Pavia Memorial Scholarship Basketball Tournament this weekend on Monagan Court.
There will be four games each day, with the action tipping off at 12 noon Saturday. The MCC women take on ASA College at 2 p.m. Saturday, while the men face Niagara College at 6 p.m.
Sunday’s first game is at 10 a.m. The Lady Tribunes will hit the floor at 2 p.m. against Monroe College. The men’s time will be determined based on Saturday’s results. Check the MCC athletics website at https://www.mcctribunes.com for details.
Admission is free all weekend. Representatives from the MCC Athletics Department will be on hand Saturday to collect donations as part of the program’s 2013-14 Coaches vs. Cancer initiative.
