On Thursday evening, May 21, 2009, administrative services’ evening shift staff participated in their Spring Team Building event – “Creating and Sustaining Healthy Teams.”
This event was held in the PAC and staff members were broken down into six teams of nine. The exercises were geared to working together. Each team member had to be a full participant and work collectively for the outcome to be successful. Each team communicated and tried different techniques in order to be triumphant in their endeavor.
After the laughter and lessons learned, blue ribbons were awarded to the winning team. Staff then enjoyed pizza and wings and a beautiful Rochester spring evening on the terrace. Then it was back to work!
