Web Time Entry is Going Live


What is Web Time Entry?

It is a means to submit your time sheet electronically via Banner Self-Service.  It is easy and convenient as you can submit your time sheet from any computer whether here or at home.

Over the last few months many departments have been involved in the “pilot program” for Web Time Entry.  The program has met with much success.  So much so that we are now ready to “go live” with the program and open it up to the College community.

A schedule of times available for training on Web Time Entry will be posted in the Tribune in the next few weeks.  You will receive a brochure with directions to complete your time sheet in Banner Self-Service and a tutorial will also be available in the near future in Banner Self-Service explaining how to complete your time sheet.

Please note that full-time teaching faculty will continue to report their leave time on the pre-printed time sheet.  In the near future, a new monthly reporting process will be available via Web Time Entry.
