AV Hotline - Details and Use

Learning Resources welcomes the faculty back for a productive semester.

This article is to remind you about the AV Hotline.

AV Hotline:

Please use the AV Hotline by calling x2828 on campus or 585-292-2000 x2828 from off-campus locations.  The Audiovisual Hotline was created for you to use for three specific purposes:

To call for immediate help for AV needs
To order AV equipment for your classroom
To request audiovisual and smart classroom training

The AV Hotline supports both the Brighton and Damon campuses.  Brighton AV Service hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 11:00pm, Fridays from 7:30am to 3:30pm and Saturdays from 9am-5pm.  Damon AV Service hours are Monday through Thursday from 8am to 8pm, Fridays from 8am to 4pm and Saturdays from 9am to 3:30pm.
