Donations Needed: Children's Clothing and Adult Professional Clothing

The Pathways to Success program at the Damon City Campus is encouraging faculty and staff to donate clean and gently used clothing for both a Baby Pantry and a Professional Clothing Drive. Pathways to Success will use these donations to host the Baby Pantry on November 15th & 16th  from 11am – 3pm (rm 4013) and The Dress for Success closet scheduled for December 7th from 11am – 3pm (rm 4013). During these events, students will be able to “shop” (free of charge) for any clothing that they or their families may need.

The types of donations we will be accepting are:

• Clothing for infants, toddlers, and school aged children
• Women’s dresses, slacks, blouses, and skirts
• Men’s suits, slacks, shirts, ties
• Accessories for men and women
• Basic handbags
• Winter coats/jackets

If you know of any family/ friends or even students who would like to donate any of these items, please drop off all donations to DCC Student Services for Ambika Howell, Pathways Program Coordinator.

At the Brighton Campus, please drop off donations to Patty Ornt, Advisement and Graduation Services, in Room 1-231.

For more information, please don’t hesitate to call us at 585-262-1659.

Both the Baby Pantry and Dress for Success events have been held for the past four semesters -- each highly attended and greatly appreciated by our students. Thank you and we look forward to your donations.
