LIBRARY COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT 101
Where the heck do all the books in the library come from?  Who decides what to buy?  Who decides what to throw away?  What are the “secrets” of building a library collection?  How much say do YOU have in stocking the shelves?  Well, here’s where all will be revealed, the mystical and the practical!  Bring the title of a curriculum-supporting book you’d like to see on the LeRoy V. Good Library shelves and watch it get ordered before your very eyes!  All attempts to avoid boredom will be made, so give it a try. Facilitated by Rick Squires, Collection Development Librarian at the LVG Library.
