Today’s Wednesday Message is short and to the point:
December 11 is Rochester’s annual day of giving, a day to “Choose. Give. Matter.” Today, you can ROC the Day for MCC or any of hundreds of community nonprofits. Each of these organizations is dedicated to making Rochester a better place. The registered not-for-profits focus on everything from the arts to the zoo. They serve preschoolers, parents and grandparents; they feed the hungry, house the homeless, and protect the environment; they connect those in crisis to medical, legal and financial services. Despite their diversity, all these organizations have one thing in common: they can only help our community if they have your support. So, be a ROCstar: choose, give, matter.
