Dine-In or Take-out Buffets All Next Week in Reflections!!!


Reflections Restaurant will be having buffets every day next week for your dining pleasure.  You may dine-in or take-out food from the buffet for only $8.50.  Take-out customers will be given one large, one small, and one soup take-out container.   Each day we will have a different theme with different food including soup, salads, main entrees, many side dishes, and a dessert table.   

Monday, May 5th = Picnic, featuring a made-to-order Salad Bar, Pulled Pork, Sliders (mini-cheeseburgers), Grilled Corn-on-the-Cob, a Chocolate Fountain, and White Gazpacho Soup

Tuesday, May 6th = Southern, featuring Rosemary Garlic Chicken, North Carolina Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Mardi Gras King's Cake, Chicken Noodle Soup and Beef Barley Soup 

Wednesday, May 7th = Brunch, featuring Breakfasts Wraps, Fruit Crepes, Pasta Alfredo & Marinara, a Carving Station, Spinach Quiche, Crab Cakes, and Tortellini Soup 

Thursday, May 8th = Spring, featuring Carved Honey-glazed Ham and Roast Beef, a Full Salad Bar, Thai Vegetable Soup, Italian Vegetable Soup, and a Dessert Bar.   

These buffets will be very popular, so I suggest that you make reservations by calling X2581. 
Our last day of operation will be Thursday, May 8th.   Thank you for your support of Reflections and the Hospitality Management students.  We hope you all have a wonderful summer!!!
