New Doctoral Program in Community College Leadership Offered


Many of you have expressed an interest in earning a doctorate in Community College Leadership.  I am pleased to let you know that I have learned of an outstanding opportunity for you to do just that with a leading online university – Walden University. 

Walden University is accredited by the North Central Association and has been named by U.S. News & World Report as one of the nation’s “best online graduate schools.”  Beginning this fall, Walden is offering a Ph.D. program in Community College Leadership led by Dr. Terry O’Banion, the program’s director. You may recognize Dr. O’Banion as the president emeritus of the League for Innovation and one of the nation’s leading community college educators.

Walden University’s Community College Leadership doctoral program combines a rigorous academic experience, a top-flight faculty of community college experts, and an efficient means of obtaining the degree at a distance.
