MCC Welcomes Gateway to College Students

The first two cohorts of Gateway to College students begin classes today at MCC's Damon City Campus. But for the past month, they have been coming to campus for orientation sessions that have bonded the students - giving them a leg up on retention by relying on teamwork.

R News captured the importance of MCC's Gateway to College high school recovery program and the value to these 44 students in a story that ran after the last orientation session on Aug. 28. Check it out here: https://www.rnews.com/Story_2004.cfm?ID=52705&rnews_story_type=18&category=10 Many thanks to Denise Prohaska, Frank Ardino, Elizabeth West and the students for their help with this media event.
