Web Forms Upgrade

Web Forms will be upgraded to 5.1 on Tuesday, April 23rd 6 AM - 8 AM.

As a result, the following Web Forms will be unavailable between 6 AM and 8 AM during the upgrade:

  • Student Checklist
  • Master Schedule Request
  • Financial Aid Online Orientation (Banned Import ONLY)
  • Room Change Requests
  • Course Substitution/Waiver
  • Competitive Health Program Quality Point Calculator
  • Accuplacer Cleanup
  • Placement Testing
  • Swipe Stations (REPORTS ONLY)
  • Orientation RSVP
  • School Days RSVP

If you experience issues after the upgrade window, please submit a tech request.
