Walking Meditation


In mindfulness of National Anxiety and Depression Week, The Wellness Team and the Counseling, International and Veterans Services Office are co-sponsoring an opportunity to learn more about walking meditation Wednesday, May 8th from noon-1 pm in the quad between buildings 4 and 5. Doug Miller from Registration and Records will be leading us in this contemplative and peaceful exercise.  Free to students, faculty and staff. This opportunity will be weather dependent; the rain location will be at the PAC indoor field.
