Peer Mentors to Hold Alcohol Awareness Program


On Monday, October 27th the Peer Mentors are pleased to present their program “Recovery – A New Life” at noon in the Forum, (3-130). This program will focus on  recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. The guest speaker will be Karen Hanson, CASAC, an alcohol and drug outpatient counselor at Strong Behavioral Health.  She will speak on how recovery affects both the addict and his/her family, relapse prevention, and support networks.

 The Peer Mentors encourage the college community to attend this informative presentation.
