HARTNELL COLLEGE'S MESA PROGRAM WINS PRESTIGIOUS NATIONAL AWARD
The MESA program at Hartnell College (CA) has won the Bellwether Award, a
prestigious national honor from the University of Florida's Institute of
Higher Education. The award was presented to MESA director Michael Kane and
program faculty advisor Chuck Beals.

DR. KENT FARNSWORTH RECEIVES WERNER KUBSCH AWARD
Kent Farnsworth, President of Crowder College (MO) has been awarded the
2002 Werner Kubsch Award for Outstanding Achievements in International
Education. The Award was presented during the 26th annual Conference of
Community Colleges for International Development (CCID) held February 15-18
