Easiest way to email your whole class (Tools for quickly getting your course online)

Here's the easiest way to email your entire class:

- From Outlook, create a new email, and click on the "To..." button.

- In the Search bar in the top left, type in your course prefix, number, and section, with "SP20-" (for Spring 2020) at the beginning, so, for example, SP20-ENG-101-001, if your class is English 101, Section 001.

- Click the "Bcc" button below, and then "OK" (it's generally best to "blind carbon copy," or BCC, your students so that they don't see each other's email addresses, and don't accidentally email the entire class when they mean to just email you.)

- Now, type up and "Send" your email just as you normally would. We also suggest that you put the course prefix and section number in the "Subject" field, so that both you and your students can keep track of which course you're communicating about, and not confuse it with a different course and/or section.
