This workshop is designed to present advisors with the basic skills and tools used in academic advising. Some of the topics discussed include the advising process, the role of the advisor, appropriate course placement, course sequences, Banner, Accuplacer, CAPP Curriculum, Advising and Program Planning, and Audit Forms. You are encouraged to attend to learn more about academic advising or to refresh your basic skills.
