The Board of Trustees approved the contract settlement agreement between the College and the Faculty Association. As part of this settlement, Faculty Association members employed by the College on September 1, 2015 will be receiving a 1% increase. This increase will be reflected in Faculty Association members’ February 25, 2016 paychecks. Because the effective date of the increase was September 1, 2015, all eligible Faculty Association members will receive a lump sum retroactive payment equal to 1% of the salary paid to them by the College from September 1, 2015 through February 25, 2016. The salaries of Faculty Association members will also be adjusted going forward to reflect the 1% increase.
To find out the amount of the new salary, Faculty Association members can access that information on Banner Self-Service. The salary change should be reflected in this system by February 25, 2016. Banner Self-Service can be accessed under the Banner tab in myMCC. Once in myMCC, look for the box titled “Employment Details” and click on the “Job Details” icon. This provide you with a list of jobs that you have held at the College. Click on your current title, which will be highlighted, and your annual salary will amount will be shown.
