Change to Classroom Telephones for Emergencies
Please be aware that the 2nd line on each classroom, lab, and lecture hall telephone at the Brighton Campus is now programmed to “speed dial” to Public Safety’s emergency ext. 2911. The line reads “Press Button for Emergencies Only.” You may either pick up the handset and push the second line button to talk to Public Safety through the handset or just press the 2nd line button to communicate through the telephone’s speaker. Please use this line for emergencies (life/safety) only.
This same change will be applied to the classroom and lab telephones at the Applied Tech Center within the next week.
