Health and Wellness Education Series for Faculty, Staff and Students


Last semester the URMC Center for Community Health in partnership with MCC Health Services, Housing & Resident Life and Counseling Center provided four monthly health education sessions titled “GOT HEALTH” for students in the Resident Halls. 

This semester, this healthy initiative is being expanded to include faculty, staff and all students.   The first session is scheduled for Wednesday, February 13, 2013 from 4pm-5pm in the Brighton Room.   See the attached flyer for more details.

Please print and post the flyer in your department for the first session, “How to get along in the real world”   Flyers will be available for later sessions soon.  

All sessions are on Wednesdays from 4pm – 5pm in the Brighton Room.   The schedule is:

Wed., February 13, 2013 – How to get along in the real world (see attached flyer)

Wed., March 13, 2013 – Smoking

Wed., April 10, 2013 – Part 1: Coping with Change and Adaptation

Wed., May 8, 2013 – Part 2: Taking Charge and Achieving Goals
