MCC wins four Admissions Advertising Awards


As issued in a recent press release by the Admissions Marketing Report:

"Winners have been announced in the Twenty-Third Annual Admissions Advertising Awards, sponsored by Admissions Marketing Report. The Admissions Advertising Awards is the largest educational advertising awards competition in the country. This year, two thousand entries were received from more than one thousand colleges, universities and secondary schools from all fifty states and several foreign countries.

Judges for the Admissions Advertising Awards consisted of a national panel of admissions’ marketers, advertising creative directors, marketing and advertising professionals and the editorial board of Admissions Marketing Report.

MCC entered in five categories and won Merit awards in four.  MCC is considered within the group of public and private colleges and universities with 10,000-19,000 students:

Magazine Advertising/Single Ad:  Everything You Expect from a College (High School Parent ad)

Direct Mail Advertising: "Clarity" Direct mail program to high school students

Internet/Worldwide Web Site: Web site for high school students and parents https://www.monroecc.edu/go/hsadmissions

Total Recruitment Package:  High Sshool students & parents recruitment marketing program

Groups are divided into:
Group 1: School under 2,000 students
Group 2: School with 2,000-4,999 students
Group 3: School with 5,000-9,999 students
Group 4: School with 10,000-19,999 students
Group 5: School with 20,000 or more students
Group 7: Business, Trade/Vocational School
Group 9: Secondary School
