Jeffrey Bartkovich and Marie Fetzner presented the keynote dinner address at the SUNY Learning Network’s Multi-Media Instructional Designers (MID) Summit on Wednesday, February 26, 2003 in Syracuse, NY. The presentation, Designing Educational Studies for Student Engagement and Retention Theory, discussed MCC’s online student retention research data and retention strategies.
