The NEG Committee is accepting nominations for the positions of President, Vice President, and Secretary of the Faculty Senate. The term of office for each position is two years, beginning September 1, 2005 and ending August 31, 2007. Any member of the voting faculty is eligible to serve as an officer.
For a description of the officers' job duties, please consult Article V of the Faculty Senate bylaws. The bylaws are available on the Faculty Senate website, which can be accessed through the A-Z directory on MCC's web site.
Please submit nominations via e-mail to Susan Murphy of the NEG Committee (smurphy@monroecc.edu). If you are nominating someone other than yourself, please verify the nominee's willlingness to serve before submitting his/her name.
The deadline for nominations is Tuesday, March 22, 2005.
