TCC: Winter Teaching Institute - Call for Presentation Proposals - Small Teaching for Equity-Minded Educators

Call for Presentation Proposals.

The Winter Teaching Institute Committee is looking to fill some presentation spaces related to this year's Winter Teaching Institute theme: Small Teaching for Equity-Minded Educators.

The Winter Teaching Institute will be held on January 13, 2021 in a virtual format through Zoom. The "Live" workshops will be related to equity-minded teaching practices as encouraged by James Lang in his book Small Teaching. Presentations do not necessarily need to incorporate the book itself, but should reference small practical changes you can make in your classroom to be more equity-minded and inclusive.

If you are interested in presenting at the Winter Teaching Institute on January 13th, please email Erin Strobl (estrobl@monroecc.edu) with a title of the presentation, list of presenters, and a brief description of the presentation by November 30th for consideration.
