On Tuesday, September 17th, Monroe County will be conducting a simulation exercise involving a radiological event at the Robert Emmett Ginna Nuclear Power Plant. This simulation exercise will involve many town, county, and federal agencies. Representatives from MCC will be involved in the simulation while communicating between the Monroe County Emergency Operations Center at the Public Safety Training facility and the Brighton Campus. The exercise is not expected to disrupt any campus events, and will have no significant effect on college activities.
