Reflections Restaurant will only be open next week on Monday, December 6, Tuesday, December 7 and Wednesday, December 8 for your dining pleasure. On those three days, we will be having buffets where you can dine-in or take-out food for only $8.98 + tax. Take-out customers will be given one large, one small, and one soup take-out container. Each day we will have a full buffet with numerous main entrees, salads, side dishes, soups, and a dessert table.
Monday, December 6 will feature BBQ Pulled Pork, Fried Chicken, Crab-stuffed haddock, Cuban sandwiches, Cous Cous Salad, Catfish Fingers, Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings, Sweet Potato & Apple Casserole, Black-eyed Peas Soup, and Beef Chili in a Bread Bowl.
Tuesday, December 7 will feature Carved Turkey, Carved Ham, Vegetarian Lasagna, Macaroni and Cheese, Stuffed Meatballs, Penne a la Vodka, Ratatouille, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Vegetarian Chili, and Vegetarian Butternut Squash Soup.
Wednesday, December 8 will feature Honey Baked Ham, Carved Beef, Fried Chicken, Deviled Eggs, Potato Latkes, Roasted Winter Vegetables, Turkey Sliders, Collard Greens, Mini Corn Bread, Pumpkin Chicken Chowder, and Broccoli Cheddar Soup
These buffets will be very popular, so we suggest that you make reservations by calling X2581.
