To the Voting Faculty of the Faculty Senate:
The NEG Committee of Faculty Senate is calling for nominations for a representative to the MCC Association Board.
Monroe Community College Association, Inc. is a part of the Campus Center team serving the campus life needs of the students at MCC. The Board of Directors deals with issues related to the Student Association, the Bookstore, the Child Care Center, the Athletics Department and the Campus Center.
The Board of Directors of the MCC Association is a working board that meets approximately six to eight times per year. Each board member sits on one of the two standing committees, the Finance Committee and the Operations and Personnel Committee. Each committee meets approximately eight times per year.
This representative will serve a three year term and can be a member of either the teaching or nonteaching faculty.
Please forward your nominations by e-mail to Susan Cable, Chair of the NEG Committee, by Wednesday, April 6. Please verify the willingness of the nominee to serve prior to submitting his/her name. Self nominations are permitted.
