ETS Technology Training Program: Telecommunications


Effective communication is the key to being productive and keeping on top of current issues and challenges!  We have the training available to make your telephone an "information center" and optimize business communications, including quick tips on how to save time, money and process calls in an efficient and timely manner.  The voice messaging system gives you the ability to communicate effectively from any touchtone phone 24 hours a day, with one person or many.

If you would like to know what to do with all those buttons on your phone, or if you need a little refresher about the features you have at your finger tips.  Maybe you would like to go “Green” and learn how to utilize the “Directories” button on your telephone to look up a colleague, see Track C: Telecommunication Skills of the attached “Just in Time” Technology Training Catalog.

Technology training sessions are available throughout the entire year.  For all your training needs, we encourage you to review the “Just in Time” Technology Training Catalog.  You will also find the complete catalog of training attached to this article, or on the MCC Web Page by clicking on the A-Z Index, T,  Technical Training Catalog, ETS.   You will be asked to provide your network password before gaining access to the catalog.  Bookmark it!  You can get in touch with the contact person noted after the description of each session within the catalog to schedule a time for training.
