As part of the Campus Center construction project, the elevators in building 5 (North Tower) and 2 (Library) will be taken out of service. This work has been scheduled and coordinated with the contractors with their assurance this work will commence "on time". As often happens in construction, problems and delays happen. Having said that, if the schedule is compromised, we will alert the community as soon as possible.
The building 5 elevator will be taken off-line on Monday, December 16th and the building 2 elevator will be taken off-line Wednesday, December 18th. Both elevators will be out of service during the entire intersession period and will not be available until the beginning of the Spring semester.
The upper floors of building 5 (except the 5th floor) can be accessed from the elevator in building 6. The upper floors of the Library will ONLY be accessible via the stairways.
