MCC Relaunches Tribune Tribute Program, Call for Nominations

Today marks the relaunch of the "Tribune Tribute" recognition program! This program recognizes MCC faculty and staff for their acts of kindness, outstanding service, and exceptional contributions to student success. Nominations may be made online by a student, parent, community partner, vendor, colleague, supervisor, or any member of the College community.

Criteria for a Tribune Tribute:

  • All MCC employees are eligible
  • Demonstrated commitment to student success and the College's mission, vision and values; or
  • Exemplary activities or actions that are over and above normal customer service or expectations

To submit an online nomination, please click here Tribune Tribute or go to the myMCC Employee Home tab under "Highlights." Add the employee's name, department, and a brief description in 250 words or less about what they did to support our students, employees, or the college and your contact information. A selection committee will review the nominations.

Employees receiving Tribune Tribute recognition will be featured in The Tribute, MCC's monthly newsletter, with a description of the performance recognized. Employees nominated between September 1, 2019 through August 31, 2020 will be recognized and celebrated at a reception this fall.
