Ad Astra Upgrade

The Ad Astra scheduling tool used by the college to reserve space on campus is scheduled for an upgrade. The system will be down on Thursday, October 22, 2020 starting at 4 pm. We anticipate the system will be down for approximately two hours. New enhancements will provide added features to help stream line processes for scheduling and provide a better scheduling experience for the end user.

We ask that you plan accordingly. Reservation processing for fall semester (Aug. - Dec. 2020) on campus, internal events is suspended as per the Governor's Higher Education Summary Guidelines. The Campus Events application process for external clients has also been suspended until further notice. If you have a need for a webinar request, please submit your request prior to the upgrade. If you have a question for the Brighton Campus or ATC during the upgrade please call a representative from the Campus Events Office ext. 2010. If you have a question for the Downtown Campus please contact Toni Custodio at ext. 6106.

Our commitment is to continue working on making the system more efficient for our academic and specialized event needs.
