MCC Corporate College Efforts Highlighted in Article

In the Jan. 29 edition of the Rochester Business Journal, an article titled "Fresh sources help shoulder education demands" states that MCC Corporate College serves as a source for many employers seeking professional development and other training programs for their workers.

Jim Gertner, director of projects and operations at MCC Corporate College, was interviewed extensively about MCC's collaborations with local companies. In 2013, when Corporate College was launched, it served 128 companies, compared with 209 companies in 2015. Training was provided on campus or at the employer's work site.

The article brings attention to MCC's leadership training courses and our strong partnership with Gleason Works. Robert Sihto, HR director at Gleason Works who is participating in MCC's Conscious Leader program, was interviewed for the article.
