Reflections Restaurant will have its all-you-can eat buffets Monday - Thursday, April 30th – May 3rd for your dining pleasure. On those days of operation, we will be having buffets where you can dine-in or take-out food for only $8.98. Take-out customers will be given one large, one small, and one soup take-out container. Each day we will have a full buffet with numerous main entrees, salads, side dishes, soups, and a dessert table.
On Monday, April 30th, we will have a “Brunch” theme and will feature an omelet station, a crepe station, and a beef carving station, as well as biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, home fries, French toast, quiche, grilled chicken, white lasagna, peach cobbler, muffins, cinnamon rolls, and a variety of other desserts. **
On Tuesday, May 1st, we will have a “Caribbean” theme and will feature Jamaican jerk chicken, coconut shrimp, Cuban Sandwiches, spiced sweet potatoes, Caribbean spinach salad, fried plantains, beans & rice, pineapple cilantro rice, banana fritters, rum cake and a variety of other desserts. **
On Wednesday, May 2nd, we will have a “Sweet and Savory” theme and will feature honey glazed roast beef, lemon chicken, five-cheese stuffed shells, BBQ burgers, sweet potato fries, honey glazed root vegetables, honey lemon asparagus, roasted potatoes, saffron rice pilaf, fruit salad, walnut salad, red velvet cake, chocolate soup, and a variety of other desserts. **
On Thursday, May 3rd, we will have an “United Nations” theme and will feature Italian Meatloaf, Mediterranean curry chicken, sweet Polish sausage, baked Monte Cristo sandwiches, Mexican wontons, Nan bread, Kim Chi fried rice, Jerusalem salad, Italian wedding soup, as well as black forest cake, classic gingerbread cake, and a variety of other desserts. **
These buffets will be very popular, so we suggest that if you want to sit-down in the restaurant, you make reservations by calling X2581.
