Please join Dr. Susan Salvador, Vice President, Student Services for a Brown Bag session as she shows slides from her visit to China with SUNY college representatives in September. As a result of the tragic earthquake that occurred in Chengdu China on May 12, 2008 and through the SUNY China 150 initiative, MCC had the honor of sponsoring three students from China for the 2008-2009 academic year: Xiaodan Li, Yue Xie, and Chenchen Zhou. Dr. Salvador attended the students’ closing ceremony in Chengdu and wants to share her experience in China with the college community.
