Supervising During A Pandemic (Blackboard course) - required for supervisors

A training has been created in Blackboard for supervisors called Supervising During A Pandemic. The purpose is to share current, critical information for supervisors to effectively manage departments and support employees as we commence the 2020-2021 academic year amidst the continuing COVID-19 pandemic. Content is based upon CDC, New York State, Monroe County Department of Health, and SUNY requirements and resources. Instructions to access the training are attached.

All supervisors are required to complete this training, and many have already done so. For those who still need to complete, please do so before August 24, 2020. If you are uncertain whether you are required to complete this course, check with your supervisor, or contact Kristin Lowe klowe5@monroecc.edu. You may also contact Kristin Lowe for a Word version of the attached instructions.

Note: The Supervising During A Pandemic training is required for supervisors. The College created a separate Blackboard course called Return to Campus Orientation which is open to all employees. Check today's Trib for a separate article on the Return to Campus Orientation.
