Audrey Abbondanzieri (MCC Child Care Center) and Sharron Waide (Instructional Technologies) earned Competent Toastmaster (CTM) awards at the MCC Toastmasters Club meeting on March 14th meeting. To complete the 10th speech and earn the award, Toastmasters are required to give an inspirational talk using all the communication techniques they have learned to date.
Abbondanzieri inspired the members to slow down and not rush through life, while Waide spoke about how her strong faith has helped her through hardship. Please congratulate Audrey and Sharron when you see them.
Abbondanzieri is a past club officer. Waide serves as club treasurer.
