Summit Federal Credit Union to host Financial Workshop for Student-Athletes this week Wednesday and Friday

Sr. Business Relations Specialist Tina Longwell from Summit Federal Credit Union will be here on Wednesday, October 6th, and Friday, October 8th, to discuss financial literacy. As part of a new sponsorship this fall with MCC Athletics, the department is excited about the opportunities to give student-athletes access and opportunities to gain financial benefits. There is also room for general population students to attend, but the seating is limited each session. There will be an additional 40 seats available for each session for the workshop.

 

Topic to be Covered: Money Management, Financial Goal setting, Good Debt vs. Bad Debt, Tracking Apps for your money and Special benefits for being an MCC student.
